I want this game, but I keep hearing it has bad performance on the Switch and I don't have a PS5 yet.

If you wait for patches, no need to even spring for other consoles for that one game. If framerate really upsets you and another system helps the wait that could be a while for you, relax, it's cross-gen, even a simple base Xbox One shouldn't be bad whatsoever waiting for Switch version to be enhanced. I myself find it fine on Switch. I don't think it looks or runs so bad at all. I mean, it's not even really quite close to other difficult-to-swallow ports like Arkham Knight or anything.

Yes, it is. There’s quite an input lag when you press the attack or dodge button. Makes it a bit difficult to play on Switch. But from what I’ve heard the developers are working on to improve the game on Switch.
