what we're they supposed to do with it? you realise that if they would've given it to a homeless person he would've done nothing with it right? and you might say "but he could've sold it" it's the same thing if they would sold it and give the guy the money, but in Romania, there are alot, but ALOT of fake homeless persons, like they make thousands and have a home and alot of money, they just chose to fake it, or fake not having an arm or make children beg and give someone the money, there are alot of reasons why they probably didn't want to give it, or it was already broken, what are you supposed to do with a broken tv
