Last time I checked the butcher shops in BOC area kohima also has around 400 gms deficit. 1.5 kg of meat comes to around 1100 gms when you use proper weighing scale. SCAM

Surprise checking of weighing machine... etc. and installation of cctv cameras is required. Shop licenses must be canceled if found any manipulation in weighing machines
Last week I bought 5kg of magur from that same place for my uncle but after reaching home we checked in the weighing scale but it was 650 gram less but since we came from 7th mile and it was almost getting dark so we just left it like that. It's just a vain informing DMC members. We see no action being taken from them. It's not the first time for us.
Similar incident happened to my sister and me at New Market fish market. We paid for 5 kg fish, after that we went for buying vegetables when we check the weight of the fish it was 4.5 kgs only so we went back to the owner of the fish to ask how it happened and he say one fish slipped n felt off and he lied to us saying he was looking for us. Now I'm assured that these fish sellers in New Market are doing these tricks on the customers every single day. It's time for these people to learn a lesson.

Seen many times but linstead of taking action against the culprit be it Dokandar or customers, DMC n Welfare volunteers defend the dokandar in any case. And the dokandar voice out in high volume with all arrogant words whatever they want to speak n dancing on the nose of so called volunteers. If you don't agree, go and see to tests yourself. Moreover price too charges khushi khush showing rought Attitude to customers. Be polite to its customer. Customer are coming for shopping not for arguments with dokandar. It doesn't mean that customers is foolish just to left the particular arrogant dokandar but don't want to argue unnecessary in every time. Be sense everyone n know your business politely as a human.
