That’s so sad to see the condition of the bedroom and so many rats. She probably can’t see very well. So good to see u helping the elderly.

This lady just needs one or two people to look in on her from time to time. Perhaps twice a month. She doesn't look incapable of doing physical activities herself. All that is apparent, in my eyes, is lack of knowledge on how to do or take care of certain things. She's not disabled. She doesn't need to go to an old age home, as someone is suggesting here.

Arrange for old folks home to keep the old people ❤Arrange for donations to be directed for their upkeep. Clearly they are compromised by disabilities and cannot care themselves. ❤your work is good but you need to give her to supervised care. Leave rat traps all over and resolve the open hole latrine before man or animal fall there.❤❤❤❤❤

I loved the ride to Grandma's house. No car seats. Children in laps and four people crammed in the backend. So, nice to see a place free of government interference in every detail of life.

Grandma needs a toilet asap cause if her eyes are not so good .that open old toilet hole isn't safe for her she may fall in.

She may have a mental issues also.thats what poverty does to human.you sit worry till you lost your mind and doesn't even know it.

Poor woman she’s been sleeping on rat feces. I agree she needs help cleaning.she’s unfortunately still living in filth. You don’t have to see well to know the smell of not cleaning. For every home you clean,,,you could be going to check on them after every 2weeks...and reclean again.... As you check on dirt dumbness To maintain the consistency of cleaningnes otherwise they will go back to same wirse state....

It makes it very difficult to clean and so easy for rats to run everywhere... Even the you g girl was finding it hard to climb over and clean.....something to think about

It would be nice if they could make a built- in closet when constructing the houses. I think that’s the only way they’ll be able to keep the house tidy.

As a survivor of one of the worst hurricane to pass through these virgin islands in 2017 hurricane Omar, I can tell you I know what it is to experience the wrath of such a dangerous storm and so my thoughts and prayers goes out to all that was affected by Beryl....,it is not something I would wished on my worst enemy....This story brought back memories that ripped through the core of my soul as the same thing happened with a young lady that was sucked straight outta her house to her untimely death ,a baby ripped from the grips of it's mothers arms and so on and so forth, the stories are endless.......It took us five good years to fully recover and all now still some people roof still not on, some churches still out of mission because they not fix back no money there.. Don't ask me what happened to the collection money😮

Salla tourist pls teach pple to use cassava flour to build their houses as cement...3 kgs can build a house up to wall plate...you boil cassava flour in a big pippa like porridge not very thick...then mix it with sand then brick laying with....its very very good indeed and the house is very strong it can even plastering the house. But not cementing

Salla, please make sure that all of the ladies wear gloves and, if possible, face masks. Rat dropped could cause serious health issues. Also, maybe the ladies could take turns looking after the babies. Great work on the whole.
