The real goats are the donations with roasts. I swear RDCs audience is fucking clever and hilarious, every comment got me 💀 They can’t just stipulate to not react to music, these reactions are the best.
Honestly, his feedback was pretty candid and straightforward. Specifically saying he didn’t like the way the vocals were layered on top of each other and also that it sounded like a long run-on sentence is valid. That is constructive criticism that can actually resonate with that dude
@shinkkage5013 Wooooah, it's the dude that dropped that thou wow. Bro, you have a dope rap voice but you should have your shit mixed and mastered better. All the background beat drowns out your voice. Much love to you and keep grinding homie.
@@dionstewart7394 thanks man I’m planning on getting better mixing when I get more popular right now I’m focusing more on the feeling that comes from the music
@@philip7833 I put my emergency fund 10k in the HYSA just for liquidation and the good interest rate, of course got my other good investments in ETFs, index funds, and stocks But he should def start building up that stock profolio
@@philip7833you aren’t locked into a high yield account you can always withdraw from the account. tbh it’s best to have multiple income so get all of them and a roth ita as soon as you hit 18
6:52 Yeah RDC wasn't lying when they said Ben's words sting the most 😂 rest of rdc shots feel like punches whereas whenever ben say sum it’s like a pinch which directly hit a nerve
The production could have been better if he used that band for that. But if he lowered the background vocals and removed some of them highhats he’d be working with something.
I couldn't hear anything. Did he reference anime in the song? I mean, there are a lot of RU-vid videos that feature rap songs about an anime. I think they sound good, but I haven't seen anyone become wildly successful doing that. Well, at least they're better than this guy! 😅
@@jjhayahe made a jujutsu kaizen reference. You’re right though they don’t get as much recognition. My guess on why it’s not is because it’s not a mainstream topic in rap. I could be wrong here.
I believe it's important to consider that while some songs may have specific references that only certain fans will understand, these types of videos can still reach a wide audience. When I refer to success, I'm mainly talking about mainstream success. Do the other songs by these artists make it to the music charts? It seems like the hip-hop genre is quite crowded, and even though many rappers are talented, not all of them achieve success. For example, D Smoke, the winner of the show Rhythm+ Flow, has the skills but doesn't have a large fan base. On the other hand, Ice Spice is popular. While some might argue that it's because she's attractive, other female rappers who are equally as appealing do not achieve the same level of success. I think marketing plays a crucial role in achieving success in the music industry, possibly the most important factor. Part of marketing is branding and if your branding involves making raps about anime, it might limit your ability to connect with a broader audience. This is why those who used to make parody raps might struggle when transitioning to more serious songs because people perceive them as the guys who create funny songs. Although there are exceptions such as Filthy Frank who's now Joji who were able to change his image. Also, I don't think anime is taboo in rap, mainstream artists have lines in songs that are anime references, and it become normal just like sports references. Hopefully, my comment is understandable and not convoluted 😅, I was just wondering if making yourself known as an anime rapper hurts your attempt to be mainstream, probably not.
RDC just need to have a night where they review music; just a solid 60-90 minutes of reviews. Maybe Jon and Aff can do the sorting before the rest of them on stream go through the playlist. That would be hilarious.
It's not a bad sounds you juts need better production, there was too much sounds going on at once for people to really focus on the song like that. Next time try and keep it simple and have fun with it
Shinkkage my friend, Making it big as an artist is just as much about good business practices as it is about the actual art. Next time I would recommend investing in production. 1k for studio time or your own mic and mixing equipment would have a better long term return on investment then 1k for a promo where maybe one or two people would start listening consistently. When choosing where to allocate your money, it’s almost always a better idea to invest into improving your work and then when all is said and done, invest into marketing. God speed brother.

@jpraise6771 hopefully he has a lot of extra money, like he won gambling in the NBA finals or something 😅. But yeah he needs to think about his career, a combination of passion and good decisions should be applied 😊.
I've heard worse from bigger artists. Honestly if the production was better and he didn't DROWN himself with all the extra bass he'd sound alright. Shit sound just like alot of old SoundCloud songs before it blew up. Bro got potential 💀. Me personally I would've invested that 1000 into that potential instead of getting hoed ON LIVE but HEY, live life 😂.
I really think this is the first time I’m…I’m gonna have to give a song a -0. I know, I get it, not supposed to be possible, right? The same rules of impossibility apply to what we’ve heard today. I’m gonna go take a long nap now.
