Hey nice on, yup spring is not far off now all the pressure washers will come out and the karcher new sales will grow as the old ones break down. Its a nice job to do and relaxing for some people👍

I love the pattern on this tile layout. You really brought it back to life. Glad you didn't hurt yourself when you slipped. Awesome equipment setup I remember seeing videos of your workshop and wondered if you installed the equipment in the van or had it done.

Cheers Jim ,. yeah all machiney and electrics in th van setup, works very well indeed, the best things are the electric hose reels saves a bad back for a old man like me🤣

Hi Ricky, please be careful.. I remember this place, the water was an issue back then, if i remember right? Maybe they can put in a drainage system near the patio somewhere, Does come really nice when it done...Stay Safe from Tassie ❤️🙏👍🤗

Hi tassie normally its only a problem when we have prolonged rain as under the grass is clay hence it dont drain well👍

Im guessing the hypo mix doesnt kill the grass. Is that because of the ratio you use? I always thought bleach killed weeds and grass.

How much/what sort of work could someone actually effectively get done with just cold pressure alone?

This was done with a cold washer the more Lpm the quicker it will be, im using 30lpm , As for pricing it varys from all over the counrty and diffrent contractors work out your costs and what you want to earn out of it

Hey Peter, Yes indeed the nord is fabulous sounding keybaord in piano mode, other keyboard i use is a roland fantom and recently brought a yamaha genos 2 all have there own uniqueness about them but thinking of selling the roland, Tend to keep my keyboard playing totally separate from youtube and online.
