Yeah DR:H kurohana tops this legendary but this gun is still really cool for being the second free legendary after the Kurohana, it's probably better than some paid M4 legendaries for sure.

to get it for free :
first link your account to the Activision's call of duty account not the Facebook or Google/apple or else you'll not get it.
After doing that just play 5 public MP matches and you'll get this legendary for free.
