A reasonable price considering the square footage. My only complaint would be the lack of view, if only it were up one more floor. The entire facility seems to be very well maintained. Still overall, a good value I believe.

At this price in View Talay 2 it is quite the deal. The view is lacking but it’s not a bad trade off for the money spent 👍

Tony, is View Tally your favorite condo complex in South Jomtien? What are your favorites in South Jomtien?

That is a hard one to answer but I think for most people that want an easy-going retired life by the beach this Viewtalay checks a lot of boxes. Especially for convenience. If you can still get around pretty easy, want a luxury high rise with an ocean view then Riviera Jomtien is my pick. Are you currently out here in Pattaya Mark?

View Talay 1 and 2 are terrible, not a place to live.

@@tonyforever I don't like any View Talay, they simply have bad floorplans. The absolutly best, is Serenity condominium in Jomtien, especially the 145 sqm units, but also the 117 sqm has a very good floorplan.
