Another infertility update for you guys, and especially for anyone going through infertility as well. It's been two years now and is to the point of feeling exhausting, but we are still trying to figure out the root of the infertility.

See a reproductive endocrinologist there’s new tests that are less invasive than surgery to diagnose endometriosis. Also they can do an HSG reach is an X-ray of the ovaries with dye that will see if you have any blockages causing infertility. Went through 10 years of infertility had endometriosis did 2 rounds of IVF and now have twin boys that are almost 3 years old. It’s scary but they recommend seeing a reproductive endocrinologist after 1 year of trying without success.

I know this is unsolicited advice but I strongly recommend the book "it starts with the egg". My husband and I struggled with recurrent pregnancy loss (I've had issues with my hormones for years). And I believe the information in this book is what gave me my beautiful daughter. Currently pregnant with our second. Best of luck to you

I just found you channel while looking for infertility vlogs. I’m also in Arizona (Chandler) and struggling with infertility for several years! I had my HSG on Tuesday and it was SO painful, definitely take some pain meds before!!

Through my journey and working with a fertility health coach she was dedicated on Chinese medicine and holistic route so really doing a plant based diet a lot of cruciferous veggies and fruits really helps I know I noticed a difference in myself when I was doing it gotta get back on it.. so idk if you looked into any of that. But sending prayers and baby dust your way 🤍

Finding fertility she had unexplained infertility for a long time and is now a fertility health coach she has a podcast and TT if you haven’t seen any of her videos. What doctor are you seeing cause I’m thinking of looking for one in Phoenix too? The other one I saw didn’t care for and would love to look into natural holistic ways which I did work with some virtual so learned a lot from her.

Have a little look into acupuncture! Honestly!! Liver and kidneys have a lot to do with fertility for men and women 😊

Yes! She said theres not enough studies that prove that it benefits fertility, so she told me not to. Id ask your own doctor though

I wish you all the best on your journey and will be keeping you in my prayers 🩷 I have endometriosis but luckily not super severe and got pregnant pretty quickly after the surgery just to put that out there. It was scary but I’m glad I went though with it.
