Ik what u can do stop crying stop caring work towards ur goals forget about ur ex if u have one and focus on what makes u happy but make sure u control it cause if not controlled when life gets bad u wont be able to adapt it's called stoism it works

it's 03:256am I am heartbroken I am grieving I literally don't think I have ever cried that much, I am holding back tears (barely, still have tears at some points during the day) during the day, and finally let it all out at night or when I am alone home.. I honestly want to go .. 💔😭
