Hey, I just bought that very same CD player! And I just got in the special edition Alan Parsons Project “Pyramid” on clear vinyl along with the remastered and extended CD. Plus I got in the Ventures Golden Greats album - excellent gatefold!
You've got some stunning scores there - I'm not jealous at all! Trivia point: "Bop 'til you drop" was the first commercially released digitally recorded album. It sounds a bit weird and thin but is musically superlative and an all-time favourite of mine. Did you know you can use your kids as substitutes for a record cleaning machine? Let them play with your vinyl (like Frisbee's) and groove dust sticks like magic to their jelly and peanut-butter coated fingers.... 😄 Just subscribed to your channel; have a great day my friend.
That War album is their best IMO. The title track is a perfect opener and 'Slippin Into Darkness' is alone worth the price of admission. Also love the James Gang comp.
Ry Cooder’s Bop ‘til You Drop was the first digitally recorded rock record. The Chase album is only mixed and pressed into quadraphonic, so if you have the equipment it will play in four channels.
Nice vinyl haul. The kooper and Bloomfield album, although having recording problems is a great album. Btw, joe walsh joined the Eagles in 75 i think. Love the kids. They will love watching this when they get older. Enjoyed the video.
All Day Music is the last War album I want. That 2LP Spirit is pretty cool. Hocus Pocus was a top ten hit from Moving Pictures by Focus. You can’t go wrong with early 70’s Kris Kristofferson. Now it’s time to go to the pool.
