As someone in the other video pointed out, the 'chanting' at the starting of the song is actually dogs barking, with another high-pitched bark at 00:20 I love it

@@gackybassThat recently changed within the last year or two. But that wouldn't apply to the song in question, because it was purely instrumental. It was the expansion themes that had vocals (Answers, Dragonsong, Revolutions, etc) that weren't allowed to be used until recently
