Another old baby doll I forgot I had that needs help 

I forgot I got this doll in another auction months ago. Since the paint was falling off her arms every time you touched her and I didn't know what to do with her, I wrapped her in plastic and put her away. Since I've learned so much from Tammy I think I can take her on now - she's so cute! I just don't know if I should touch the head and/or face or not. What do you think Tammy?
