Blaiden really needs to be louder about his hits I think the comments would respect him a lot more if he was. Rashee Rice Tyrique Stevenson Branch the colts being good and probably some more that I’m forgetting were not popular takes that he was dogged for. At least three or four times a year I remember Blaiden calling some pretty niche unpopular thing and yet he never victory laps
I agree but his award predictions last year were maybe the worst predictions I’ve ever seen in the history of anything and I’m not sure his reputation will ever recover
The Vikings had an above average defnse last year. There was a stretch after their bad start and mediocre end where the Vikings might've been the best defense. Overall theres more talent this year so i think the defnse will be elite like top 5
Very true but QB youth accounts for like 50-75% of how "young" a team is considered. The younger the QB, the more likely they are to take that big leap you are hoping for although it's obvious Goff has really turned is career around in DET and his wallet thanks him for it.
@@andyirwin1008 bro its crazy “goff limits your ceiling” like he hasn’t thrown for over 4k yards with 30 TD’s in back to back seasons along with a playoff run where he played VERY WELL
theo i know you’re a good dude but idk how you can bring up khyree jackson in the beginning and then not even say his name. maybe im overthinking it and i know you didn’t mean anything bad by it but it came off a little cold
respect josh paschal as the lions 2nd best pass rusher. probably only gonna play on 3rd downs but he had more sacks than hutch in their rookie years but was hurt last year
If the argument for GB winning the division is “well the are young” I’d recommend going to see the ages between GB and Detroit, it’s a .7 difference Detroit is just as young of a team ….
The recency bias is insane. Is everyone taking crazy pills??? The packers at one point last season were THE WORST TEAM IN FOOTBALL. And had a half a great season and are now hailed as easy Super Bowl…. Insane takes everywhere
Packers defense was ranked 10th overall in yardage allowed. And that was with a defensive coordinator who hardly ever played aggressive. Don’t think they will be top 5 but they could easily move to 7th or 8th best in the league.
Not exactly sure about the Vikings takes. Tons of talent of defense especially in the front 7 and safety room with turner, greenard, van ginkel, casheman, pace, Bynum, metellus, and Phillips. They just need average CB play from Murphy griffin and Evans and they’ll be ok. Offensively the team should be at least average once Hock is back. Jones, JJ, Addison, hock/tonyan, McCarthy (?), darrisaw, Ingram/brandel, O’Neil. Will reichard also having a great training camp
@@aaiirssjoy The Chiefs are in the Lions' way because they hold the last two Super Bowls. Everybody else is trying to act important...the Lions make no excuses
@@brokentubing Lions are good, I will say. But don’t act like the 9ers aren’t right there also which GB had holding their breath in the playoff game with a bunch of rookie pass catchers. I think this year’s playoffs will be even more competitive. Hardly that many teams that are easy sweeps this year. Wouldn’t be surprised if two or more playoff games go to OT.
