Here I am trying to figure out if there was anything extra I need to do before I use this product and after I use the product to make the shell, I have a potential paper weight on my hands. I have to start the process all over again... Ugggggggggh!

Isn't that stuff basically a lot of microballons (the airy part) + some cabosil + regular epoxy resin?

For a helmet lets say a greek helmet, how much do I need for good strong mother mold?

I find this stuff too brittle. It seems to crack really easily. Maybe I did it too thin.
