I feel like this article trolls the trolls the heals hodlers and confuses the public and everyone in between.
But I'm definitely curious to know what everybody thinks in regards to the future of the financial markets whether it be cryptocurrency or Fiat paper currency, where do you see these markets going what is going to be the predominant leaders as we move into 2019/2020

I honestly dont know what to expect in 2019 but only because i am at the mercy of the regulators. However, i am very confident that this coin is not going to fail. I truely believe that XRP is the chosen coin. BTW, i am the original bitcoinist from 2010 in this space.

I think big money big already in XRP and once regulation is passed and BAKKT/NASDAQ is online, we'll see a nice market pump. Right now I think the hash war and lack of regulation is being used to suppress the market until the powers that be are ready. I don't think any of the concerns people have with XRP, like "pre-mined", "centralized", Ripple's high ownership of xrp, are going to matter because institutional investors won't care, and that's where most the money is going to come from. They're probably going to look at the utility and partnerships and that's what they'll be interested in. Most probably have insider knowledge of where things are going and have already filled up cheap over the counter. And I think that's why XRP will take out BTC, because BTC is slower and more expensive than Visa and PayPal and nobody is using it. So while I think most assets will see a nice pump from the excitement of BAKKT and regulation legislation, I think institutional money and utiliy will pump XRP to insane levels. That's my hope anyways.

I get the limited supply of btc gives it intrinsic value but with the use cases of xrp I don't understand why even Brad garlinghouse is only giving xrp a $120 nfv... I mean btc went to 20k and sits above 3k today.... Why wouldn't xrp exceed $1k outside of the circulating supply... I would think daily use cases would exceed limitations in supply...

Whassup my XRP Bro? What often goes through my mind when I hear David (Joel Katz) or Brad talking about a $50-120 nfv, 1. They are being conservative and 2. They're considering where things would be with Ripple alone.....as opposed to other contributors to the XRP ecosystem which is expanding like crazy. Toss in SBI with a derivatives and fx play, R3 making moves with multiple dozens of banks and FI's + now going after tokenization of land, IMF and Central bank involvement and then VISA snatching up Earthport.....hell, if they are all using XRP for the digital asset to make their future businesses pop-off, XRP will easily be in the hundreds. Just the UAE (United Arab Emerates) alone should put XRP at $50 and Japan's exports business another $50-$75. The silver bullet is XRP being a bridge asset, which just allows it to permeate every corner of the globe, for businesses like Amazon and Ebay that have anything to do with trade around the world. Depending on how world politics play out, XRP is $600-750 over next 5 years. Liquidity was the main issue in the 2008 crash....if the markets continue the way they have been over the last few weeks, its XRP to the rescue with instant liquidity. The powers that be will simply declare it a non-security, give it it's own classification and deem a higher base value to save the system while instantaneously causing mass adoption throughout the financial sector... "In the blink of an eye" ...and because its being supported with real transaction volume, it won't crash, as adoption will just continue with those that weren't on board yet. Evolve or become extinct. Don't even get me started on the worlds financial clearing houses! Peace Xrp Fam!

Well since cryptocurrencies can litterally be created out of thin air, I believe in the future, to have value, those cryptos are going to have to have some type of utility or go to zero. BTC is slower and more expensive than Visa and PayPal so not seeing it being too useful. XRP can be a storage of wealth and have real utiliy. I could be wrong but unless the BTC scaling issues are solved, I don't see BTC surviving the ling haul.

@moorishprinceC7 you forgot alibaba the asian corridors man but yeah bud i agree XRP is king crypto. If we want to know XRP's future we honestly have to look to the Rothschild's for answers. They control the current system and my feeling is they wont give up power so easily. Just imagine if you had stock in the FED still back in 1912. Thats XRP baby!

@Karl Wagner....hey Karl, got your tinfoil hat on? Let me take it up a notch, if you think the "Redshields" aren't already in a position not to lose....yeah, that train left back in 2008! We're talking about people that financed both sides of most major wars wars throughout history....they'll just change with the times as they are involved with most major banks and transfer the last of their wealth just before the current financial system crashes. As CKJ says, "That's for sure!"
