It angers me that talentless twerking pop stars are more popular and admired than someone as ridiculously skilled and talented as Anoushka. It's so lovely how she is always smiling and down to earth. Musicians like her and her father aren't born every day. Love from Pakistan

I have been replaying it for so many times. Like so many people commented, she deserves a Grammy . I feel bad that she has been nominated for Grammy so many times an never won any. ..... pity ! westernisation is important these days. She is such an amazing talent and what a great hands on sitar .. I am your big fan and please plan Australia some time ... you deserve a lot and you will be a legend in coming years. Keep up the good work.

This is such a gut-wrenching and Beautiful expression of love and longing 😩 I can feel every lifetime of joy and pain in this piece. By 11 seconds in I'm weeping, every time. And I'm autistic, so songs are ritual sound stims (You are one of my favorite artists and so is your late father. I accidentally wound up at U-Conn for the festival of India about 20ish years ago (by sheer divine intervention bc I was 19, alone, trippin my butt off and ended parked there like a homing pigeon) Of all the art and music that has enhanced my rich and curious life thus far, to bear witness to you and your Pops doing like a "dueling sitar" is etched into my soul forever and literally changed me as a human, a daughter and a parent. Thank you for your dedication and authenticity. You're a legend ❤️

They are called Hang drums. Hang drum is indeed magical. I find their sound Very soothing.

Nitpicking alert The instrument is called Hang (plural Hanghang), not Hang drum. Drums are by definition (Hombostel-Sachs scheme) membranophones that produce sound by vibrating a membrane, like a streched hide The Hang is a non-drum percussion instrument that falls in the class of (struck or concussion) idiophones (And what about a steel drum and hank drum (somewhat similar to the Hang except that it has tongues)? They are called drums because they are (or were originally) made from drums in the meaning of vessels, tanks. The steel drum is made from an oil-drum, the hank drum from a propane drum or tank)
