How awesome! Ranchgrl8888 was among the model horse movie makers who inspired me too! Plus, I can see why Ethereal Water is your second favorite Breyer model. He is beautifully detailed and on a mold with personality!

I think the reason that people are complaint m more so about the little flaws is because Breyer are going up and up in price.

Possibly. I'm trying not buy models just because they are on a certain mold anymore, so it would depend on what he looks like :)

Are you aware of the breyer horse that wouldn't stand, its a running horse , but if you tried to stand it up it would fall over ?

There are quite a handful of Breyer molds that can have trouble standing either just because that is how the mold is, they need a stand, or one or more of their legs are bent and need to be heated up and repositioned so that they can stand better. You'll have to be more specific on the mold, but you may be talking about the running stallion? Or perhaps the Smarty Jones mold that requires a base to stand? Here is Identify Your Breyer which is a great resource for identifying models and molds: www.identifyyourbreyer.com/
