There are 3 types of BA's 1) Functional BA - MBA and other non IT 2) Technical BA - strictly IT backround 3) Techno function BA - Mostly IT backround preferred Skills - SQL, JIRA, Power BI, Agile methodology, testing knowledge, SDLC knowledge, Good communication, good to have technical skills like understanding of syntax on different Technologies (Java, C#, Finacle, Linux, HTML, XML, etc).

I just have an genuine request you to put effort and try to make an detailed video about how to apply to such position when we are freshers because everyone making videos/podcasts of roadmaps, hikes, carrier transitions, etc. no one is ready to guide us as freshers we have got enough idea about the roadmaps but now all we needed is an genuine detailed video about which are the company that are hiring us for such position or how we can get place as freshers . please look forward for it Insist 🙏
I would suggest first try to get any job in any mnc. Once you join the company look for internal BA job openings and skills they require. Then prepare yourself and start applying for the internal jobs. Once you complete min 18 months you will be eligible to change the project in company. I did started as a manual tester and currently working as BA since last 9 years. I hope this information will help you.

Could you please suggest i have 16 years of experience in a Telecommunication Company and I don't have prior experience on any programing skill and Data Analytics, Is it a good decision to take admission on bits pilani MBA program in Business analytics to excel my career towards Business analytics and as I have don't have any prior experience, any possibility consulting company will considering me.
