I don't think you're asking for my advice but as a single dating mother I would say take your time and make sure a new relationship is very solid before introducing him to your children. Also be careful not to share too much about your relationship with your children because children have difficulty keeping secrets and they will tell everything you say to their father.
I'd always wait the 6 month mark. Kids attach so quickly and can hit them hard when not together anymore. I lived it a couple times whe I was younger and I swore I would never do That with mine.

The years I have worked in the juvenile system and now in the family courts, one of the most detrimental things parents do is bring someone new in before the kids have completely adjusted well to their new normal of the last relationship being over. Kids seem to adjust in the moment to whatever situation they are given, but then the effects come in the adolescent years if it's rushed on them. As for your new guy being on your channel, I would get past the exciting new stage, into stable and secure first. You know many people in the internet sphere can suck, even tracking people down, so save him from all that until you know all are solid and secure as a stable committed couple, for both your sakes. Internet fame can be overwhelming for someone not used to it so I would do one new big change at a time for him lol. We can all respect that and wait.

Forget the ex may use it against. Protecting yourself is key. People have already mentioned the kids. But it takes a good three years to see someone really start showing you who they truly are, if not more. People are on their best behavior. And do not brush off things they show you as "oh it is nothing" People slip up and show you hints early. So have fun, enjoy but protect yourself. But don't disregard your gut instinct.

Not lecturing you or anything but bc you're situation reminds me a little of my sister, I just thought about this. It's better to judge a person, not just by how they treat you, but how they treat others especially those that don't benefit them and especially when they don't know you're watching. My sister has been in multiple relationships (friendships and romantic) with narcissists and every single time I notice early on them not being kind to someone or talking about people behind their backs.
