Wow! Only a Christ driven family can just smile through raising such a big family these days. I have three children and we are raising them in a Christ filled family and it isn't that easy. Its a continuous effort. We have to be the example every day so no room to really have a bad day.

I find peace and love in my heart when I listen to your wisdom because it is evident in the way you treat each other. I have, in the past, observed couples who share religious ideas like salespeople or through gritted teeth😅 like rules they have to follow while feeling like they are compromising, feeling less than and attempting to control or get over on each other; not true happiness shining in their hearts. You are a beautiful family. I appreciate that you both acknowledge God as the Creator. Most of our homes is broken down because the name of God is not even mentioned in the home. Mr OPM, is always complementing his wife which is beautiful. Setting a great example for the boys to follow. Also Jade and Genesis.

Wise words. I just found you and will continue watching. My husband and I have been married 47 years now, and we still continue to grow and learn with our marriage under God. That growing and learning should never end. To think our marriage was over 47 years ago after an argument over how to squeeze the tube of toothpaste 😂😂. All the arguments through the years were so trivial looking back. My heart is saddened when I see people divorce instead of working through things. A promise was made under God to each other. A marriage takes work, like anything, and like everything, anything worth having, is worth working for. Thank you.

You may not be perfect, but your family is a blue print that others with a large family of young men, preteens and babies can model after. Communication is key to everything. It shows whether you're on here for fifteen minutes or two. Of course everyone argues but it is the compromising of two brilliant minds to work it out. The love you share exudes through your family, with a home build on a solid foundation, God and then your rock, mr. Opm. There are too many missing dads in today's society. I love seeing you all. As your children grow and get older, do you allow them to have friends, do they go bowling, or do beautiful young people things? As a mother of 5 grown daughters, ages 49,47,35,34, and 30, I had to Pray, trust God, and trust each of them, as they came of age, 16,17,18, when they wanted to go bowling without me and my Beloved late Husband, we taught them how to be respectful, with manners, it was hard, as each child became older, but God prepared us, and most importantly God prepared my daughters! Whom I'm so very very proud to be their Mother! 🙏🏽🥰❤️

I love how you both put it, you have the blueprint which is God. Communication is key and understanding that in marriage there will be disagreement because two people have their opinions. We agree to disagree. Realize marriages have season and learn to grow in the season. Because we grow and change in each decade. Especially with babies, teenagers and empty nesters. This was very good and authentic.

A lot of family pressures come from parents who go out to work which ultimately affects the children. Having parents who don’t do standard Office 9-5 hrs but can choose their work hours and are around all of the time will create a balanced family life and happy children. God at the centre is the glue for a happy home but no family is perfect. We do however like what we see from the Opms
