1 advice I would give as an ex-jc student is, just sleep 6-7hrs in one shot, and don't take breaks for more than 1hr(napping for more than 1hr can cause some cardiovascular problems, go search it up if skeptical) . No point mugging till late nights if your brain don't function well for the next day, which leads to more stress, then the cycle continues; sleep in regular timings to ensure your body can enter rem sleep to maximise the retention rate of the information you have studied. Also, lack of sleep will effect the cognitive ability of the brain in the long run, I heard. One way I calm myself down before exams is I do breathing exercises / meditation to help me soothe my nerves and to get my mind to be in the best mode possible. Basic breathing exercises like, the box breathing (breathe in for a count of 4, hold the breath for a count of 4, breath out for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, repeat from 1st step), or just deep breaths in and deep breaths out slowly, while trying to focus on the motion of breathing and nothing else. Tldr: sleep 6-7hrs, before exams, do breathing exercises / meditate These are the things I did during my A levels period, hope this can be helpful to anyone, not just for A levels, but also for general purpose uses.

50:29 I take Bio and I am doing Environmental Science in uni now. Copying textbook won't work to be honest! But rather, memorise your lab work first then you go and understand the theory of the species. I did both insects, plants and animals and I honestly hate insects and sponges living in oceans the most as they are complicated. You just got to keep a mindset of you know this stuff attitude. Remember how the species look like then study its system.

Hello, I am a high school senior student. I have my SAT in 2 months, my APs in 4 months, CLEP in 5 months, board exams in 4 months and one subject test in 4 months. ( i gave one subject test and got 800, and 1400 in SAT but will give again.) My board is an indian board (CBSE). i was wondering, should i give AS and A level in 3 subjects in june? I am pretty sure I already know a lot of syllabus as it overlaps from other tests but I am still unsure and very confused. Do tell please.....
I think I chose Physics because I felt like it gives me more options in the future😬 I took Intermediate Math, Advanced Math, Language Arts, Chemistry, Physics, Core Humanities, Higher Chinese and Geography in secondary school! (I was from the IP programme so the subjects may sound a little different😅)
