I have a couple of favorite parts, 1 being when you knew Christian was the one because it’s literally THE LITTLE THINGS! 2 being how you conquered one of your biggest fears. I absolutely love your POSITIVE energy and commitment to yourself/your family. It shines through in all of your videos, but especially made an impact on me when you were speaking about boundaries. I’m so happy that you found someone who is your biggest supporter that you get to conquer life with. I am so blessed as to have found the same with my husband and now need to put my energy on placing boundaries around work to protect that sacred time for family & for myself (ie not skipping workouts to get more work done, etc). Your transparency helps all of us see that we don’t need to be absolutely perfect like the media tries to put on women because we are human and life can be hard, but it’s also beautiful. I heard a quote today that I thought you’d appreciate too: “Stop sacrificing the present you for the future you. Enjoy the present now, so there’s no sacrifice in life.” ❤
