When I graduated, I didn’t have any plans, didn’t wanna go to college, didn’t have a job, and I felt so lost and stuck, I settled for a job that didn’t make me happy, just to feel like I was doing something with my life, my mental health went to sh*t, I’ve since quit that job, didn’t have a job for a month and now I’m working a job that I love, life is weird man, and very confusing

I relate to this so much!!! Totally totally understand the whole being unemployed thing and feeling like you're not doing enough but also knowing you're doing what you can. It can be tough.

My number one pet peeve is when someone says you are "supposed" to do something. The only thing your supposed to do is live your life and be happy!

Just got fired from a job I was at for 3 years that I loved to death. I'm feeling lost, empty, and overwhelmed at trying to find a new job so that I can keep my apartment and not become homeless. It's a lot. Your videos are giving me hope and a lot of giggles to get through. Thank you

I’m sorry you’re kinda going though a “pandemic pt 2” Catherine. Not having to really leave the house, not seeing a lot of people, feeling aimless. But I’m happy you’re able to think positively about it. What you’re going through now is kinda like what I went through this past summer after graduating college. Finding a job sucked and I didn’t know what I was supposed to be doing. But I made it work. I hope you can have the same. Praying for further thriving!!!

If your board and feeling like you need to be doing something while you figure things out...... What if you took an evening course or 2 just for fun at your local college? The course can either be something fun where you learn a new skill or maybe it could be something that furthers your career choices (if your editing your own videos take a course on a new way of editing you've never tried. If you want to be on the end of the camera where you get to act, or the production side, maybe look for a local play at a small theater you could be apart of. Fill your new spare time with something you'll not only love doing/trying but fill it with something that can expand your future and open more doors for you. I'm in Canada but short courses that teach a new skill or a refresher course on them are offered not only through our local community employment search workers (a program run by our county that is setup to help people on assistance find jobs but anyone looking for employment can receive help), but our colleges also offer short courses for under $100. It could definitely be something worth looking into in your area to keep busy short term 🤷‍♀️

dude its great to see you happy and i agree with you, thats a load of crap, you know if you keep thinking about your goal like when you keep imagining of your goal of your life that you want, one day, it will be true exactly the way you though of it being, yes good stuff takes time and patience, just keep your thoughts positive and just enjoy your life rather than just constantly stressing yourself, if you keep stressing your self constantly, than whats the point of life, stressing yourself is just like being literally dead inside ( pun intended )
