Yeah, it really is. I have a neighbour who struggles with it, my sister has it and I've got OCD tendencies. For me I always HAVE TO wipe down the sink edge when I do dishes, I HAVE TO check the door at least 3 times before I go out and I HAVE TO make at least 3 cups of tea at the same time. It is horrible. I've not been diagnosed, but I understand how difficult how it will be to live with full blown OCD.
