I am definitely a bit older than your demographic, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for posting a video like this. I’m sure a lot of your subscribers are young girls/teens who don’t have an outlet to talk/learn about these things (that are totally normal and shouldn’t be stigmatized). It’s so important to normalize these topics so our youth can grow into the best versions of themselves. We should not be ashamed of our bodies and our sexual and interpersonal health and relationships - thank you for being another piece to this puzzle of normalizing these conversations!

Being heart broken is hard. It took me a year to finally find myself again and not miss him in the same way. I do still miss the friendship and I still love him (not the same), but I don't "need" him like I did I don't miss being in a relationship. I've stepped back and realized that it became toxic I didn't trust him and that made me toxic. Everything does heal with time and i use to hate hearing that but its true.

Yeah a couple years ago my period left for about 9 months. The first couple months I really didn’t think it was anything but it lasted long then I eventually went to my doctor and she said it was completely normal for me. At this time I had cheer practice at least 5 times a week and was dieting myself pretty hard. So she just basically said that I wasn’t nourishing myself enough and workout way to much. So I just slowing went back to a good and nourished body and after that my period came and it has come normally ever since. So moral of the story have a nourished body.
