it's intresting cos we don't even have tampons with applicatiors in sweden. I grew up using o.b but switcht to a period cup 8 years ago. it works SO well for me, it takes i few tries to get it right but I would never go back now. Just remember to boil it after each cycle and it will serve you for years! :)

Love the ASMR cleaning Would love to see more of these and morning routines/night time routines. Also - what did you use to clean your coffee maker? I usually use vinegar but I hate the way it smells up the whole house and how you can still taste it unless u run water through 10x. Looking for something different but environmentally friendly!

I always knew that you had a hard life and were having a really difficult time as well, and it helped me to see that I wasn’t alone, and that I could get through it. LOVED the ASMR style, I'm so happy that you are talking about feminine products I don't think it's weird at all. To help you on the cup topic, I have been using them for some time now and have to say it is a lot easier, so much more comfortable as well, especially when doing yoga.
Girl...menstrual cups are HEAVEN. It is amazing how much money you save, less plastic, and when you use it, it's like you aren't on your period, cause you don't feel anything, you don't have to change it as regularly as a tampon. UGH, IT'S THE BEST.
I have been using a cup for the last six or seven years and it is LIFE CHANGING. There was some trial and error in the beginning with figuring out the size and the fit but the company that makes the one I use is honestly so helpful and understanding. They sent me another for free when I told them the one that I was using was not right for me. I've not gone back to pads or tampons since.

We just bought our house last September and I never experienced the stillness and quietness until this home! I don’t know what the difference is when you own the space but It feel like landing! It’s crazy you say that too!
My menstual cup is the best investment I’ve ever made. It lasts two years and it’s my only period product. It doesn’t even feel like your on your period when you where them I wish I would have learned about them when I first started my cycle. I will never go back. Highly highly recommend. Do your research on which one you get because the fit and firmness of the cup can make or break your experience. I chose my cup after watch femme head on RU-vid. She is great at wording everything so it makes since and you can make up your own mind which one works for you depend on your body and all that good stuff
Completely agree!! I have two so it gives me time to disinfect the other one (I cook it for 10 mins in boiling water). Best decision ever! I’ve also used it on backpacking trips and it’s a game changer
also to add - don’t worry if the first one doesn't work. I am still figuring out which one fits and it takes time since you can only test once a month :D
To help with that I bought one at the pharmacy for starter's and it is amazing.. it's softer and has a little circle on the bottom that helps a lot to take it out

I switched to a cup a year ago (started trying it during quarantine when I was home all day) It took a few months to adjust but 100% worth it! No more changing tampons through the day, buying them all the time, or string to deal with!!❤️

Ohh I made the switch to the luna cup, and I love it. It's got a "seal breaking" ring so it works well for me since I have a copper iud (another great eco lady thing, no extra hormones!)
has the copper iud been good for you? I'm thinking about getting one since i want to avoid extra hormones but i'm scared since they say it makes your periods much heavier and more painful :/
@@ragecleaner hey, personally I love mine. It made my period heavier for a few month but after that, everything got back to normal. I'd recommend doing a lot of research since there are so many different iud's out there :) it took me two years to finally make the decision cause I was scared and confused too haha
I just want to say that I started using the Moon Cup 3 years ago and I WISH i started earlier!!! It's honestly the best thing I have ever used in my life and I will never ever go back. So much better for the environment and so much better for you to not have to worry about changing your tampon every few hours. Can't recommend it enough. Takes a few tries to get fully used to it, but once you've mastered it, it's a game changer! xxxx
I’m a diva cup user! Make sure you get the right cup for you. There are ones for those that have and have not had babies. There is a big difference! Or at least to me. But once you start using cup and a handle the insertion and taking out process you will never go back. On top of being eco friendly…. I’m gonna be way honest here…. It is so much more comfortable and less mishaps. I started using a cup at the start of the pandemic and have used only one tampon since (aunt flow surprised me while out and about). Love the tmi talks btw shows how real and authentic you are which is why I’ll always be a subscriber❤️❤️❤️
Loved the ASMR cleaning! Totally something I would have on while doing my own GYSTing! I actually use a menstrual cup and have been for a few years. It was a life-changer! There is a learning curve with how to use it and making adjustments, but it’s so convenient and much more reliable!

Hey Kalyn! I’ve also tried the cup, but it can be hard and annoying to put in and remove (still worth it because you don’t have anything else to do during the day), but my fave eco friendly menstrual product are actually leakproof underwear. I got some on Amazon and recently made an order on Knix and I’m super happy with them. They look that seamless underwear. they’re super soft and they have all styles (thong, boxers...) I highly recommend you check them out if you don’t like the cup or just for lighter days. I really love the ASMR GYST btw ! 😁

Menstrual cups are awesome! Needs a lil bit of time to adjust but never want anything else anymore (except for period panties at night or extra protection when on the go). Fun fact: I’m from Germany and all the tampons here come without applicators ‘cause why would you need one?! When I lived in the US as an AuPair for a year it was so weird for me because first time I used a tampon a friend game over there I didn’t even know what this extra plastic stick was even good for. 😅
Since you´ve mentioned it: for me its so weird to see/hear especially from americans oder canadiens about o.bs and those applicators. In Germany almost 98% of the tampons you can buy have no applicator on them. Now they´re coming up with these but for a really long time i wouldnt know where i could even find one of these in the normal supermaket. I find it really surprising and never thought about, that it could be so different in other countrys or kinda "new" for you. thanks for sharing! :)
Same! I’m Dutch and ob tampons are what nearly everybody uses. I remember being younger and seeing tampons with applicators in videos from American RU-vid’s and being so confused😂😂
I'm a month late to this video but I've been using a menstrual cup for 4 years now and I absolutely love it. I recently made the switch from divacup to venus cup and I definitely prefer that brand FWIW! It's so affordable, so much more eco-responsible, and WAY less hassle, I literally leave it in for 10-20 hours and completely forget about it. It's seriously the best

OBs have been my go to for forever! I honestly don’t know why more people don’t talk about them! I would love transition to a cup as well, but for now I’m beyond happy I can use applicator-less tampons!
