Praise the Lord! Girl I just found your channel a few weeks ago. I am a Christian as well, (Fundamental, Independent Baptist specifically) and I am ridiculed all the time for wearing only skirts and dresses. I’ve explained conviction and personal choice and the world sometimes just finds it peculiar. But, the Bible does call us a peculiar people. My family and I are apostolic. My wife and I were not raised apostolic, but have been for 30 years. Our three children have been raised in church. 2 boys and 1 daughter. You explained the way you dress and the adornment of your hair as your covering perfectly. I knew when you started that you would be referring to the exact scriptures that you did. You are such an humble and beautiful young lady. It is easy to look at you and tell that you are a christian that is truly convicted to follow Gods instructions regarding modesty and your head covering. Your hair is so beautiful, I am sure God admires your head covering. I am now 70 years old and have always followed the same path. Today I found this video and didn't realize for a bit into it that it was four years old. The funny part for me is that I just bought the same lamp you have from Hobby Lobby. I recently found your channel, and it has inspired me for many reasons. It motivates me to clean, decorate and I love your style. I also wear dresses it skirts all the time, and do not cut my hair for the same reasons. We are beautiful daughters of the king! I have been raised the same way my whole life It is what I believe I have struggled with people judging me and bullying in school and at work but I wouldnt change it for a thing! Lol I dont miss people asking me to take my hair down I would almost always have it piled up high so i look a little taller haha.

Hi Hannah! I enjoyed hearing your answers, especially on modesty. I also wear skirts and dresses only and have long hair. I was raised up that way but it became my personal choice and conviction as an adult for the same reasons from the Bible.
I think I would love to wear Jean skirts. If I could only find them.. I think they would be more comfortable than my Jean's I wear. Love your hair, and how you dress. I appreciate the humble way you said it is YOUR conviction about the way you interpret modesty. I wear pants, jeans, and modest shorts. But, we both dress modestly, even though we are very different. You never came across that you were right and someone else different from you was wrong. Enjoyed the video.
I'm sorry you've been made fun of for wearing skirts and dresses. ☹ I think you dress beautifully! 😍 I have learned more about modestly over the past few months and I'm thankful for learning the truth. I do still wear pants, but I won't wear shorts and if I ever do they'll have to be knee length. Maybe one day I'll wear just dresses and skirts and ditch the pants. I'm not forsure just yet. Lol.

@@jennybegs women in Pentecostal and Holiness churches wear only dresses and skirts. Because they consider pants mens apparel. Just as US custom men don't wear skirts or dresses they are considered women's apparel. But there are increasing churches in other denomination that women wear shorts and pants to church. So it becomes a personal conviction ,it is a choice to worship God even down to clothes. But for some other denomination , they say it's in the heart not apparel. So it all goes down to what do you personally believe because one day we will give account to God himself, will he be pleased with us??

I just started watching your videos and I love it! Mostly because I can relate to you so much. I am also a Christian I’m 12 years old I started going to church when I just turned 9. I also ONLY wear skirts and dresses and it is sometimes hard when I go to school I feel like people criticize me or say stuff behind my back but I just ignore them and pray about it. 💒❤️ Ignore the haters!! Especially when you get hate comments. 📲 They just see how you are different! 🕊 and how you shine!✨ I always say to myself: “Haters are my motivators” ☺️

We used to take a very small cooler and when done shopping just buy a bag of ice and set it in cooler and put in ice cream and lunch meat and yogurt and chocolate, and when we got home it was still frozen and we had a bag of ice for the freezer!
Coffee & Littles We take an esky in summer. I'm in the suburbs in Australia, it's 45 mins to get milk, further for a proper shop. (We buy long life milk for ease)
I just take a cooler if I am worried about the temperatures. I typically buy enough cold items to fill a standard cooler (milk, meat, cheese, frozen veg, etc). I don’t buy ice for it or anything. All the cold stuff packed in tightly together keeps itself cold. ☺️ My in laws used one of those cold/hot bags with the metallic insulation when they lived an hour from town. Bonus is it works on carryout pizza too! (It’s kind of a bummer to get home and find the carry out pizza is lukewarm and chewy.)

I have incorporated lots of your tips, as well as your enthused energy into my routine. Wish sometime you had been around when I was young so I wouldn't have had so much trouble being a great housekeeper. Thanks so much and Happy Anniversary, early.
I just discovered this video; it showed up on my “home” page of You Tube. I DID watch the whole thing- under 20 minutes is just fine. Ive been a Christian for over 50 years (I’m 68). It’s terrific to see you living what you learn in scripture. As for being a stay at home mom, I’ll tell you what I told my daughter-in-law: in focusing on your children, family and home, you are actually doing the most important job on the planet- raising the next generation in society. As for your hair: yes it is your covering and women are to have long hair. But the Bible does NOT say “never cut it”, and it does not give a definition of how long is “long”. If your hair is your glory, I would think that means you want to have beautiful, healthy-looking hair. So I would recommend occasionally trimming the wispy unhealthy ends off. The hair next to your head is the “newest” hair, and the ends of your hair are the “oldest” and not as healthy. Your first trim could be about 3-4 inches and after that just trim an inch or so a year. Your hair will truly be a long glory... and you’d still be obeying scripture. As for skirts, that’s NOT unusual! I’m from Southern California and lots of women there wear skirts! if you are riding a horse or working outside, there could be a time that pants would actually be MORE modest, and there are feminine pants that are loose-fitting and appropriate. I love you wearing modest clothes.... I do too- the GREAT advantage is never having to be concerned about what’s showing:) Great job on the video- I just realized that these are what Titus 2:3-4 are about. You are young but can be a good influence on younger women and girls. God bless you.
