In uk teachers can wear what ever they want. I living London and have worked in many schools and also have many friends who are teachers they wear shalwar kamez , abayas full hijabs no one stop them. This is our own mentality that we are working in schools and have to wear western clothing. It’s sad the way we think. Now days Mashallah lots of young teachers are wearing full hijab Alhamdulillah.
