Hello, Do you know how to display acoustics features in CFD post ? In your video you did it directly on fluent. I tried to do the same but my mesh has to much element to display it. So I tried on CFD post but I can't find the acoustic variable in contour option
At 1:52 you mentioned that "sharp edges cause a lot of turbulence and they can also cause a lot of acoustic problems". Dear brother, based on which study did you said that point ? If you have any supporting source of information please let me know.I would be grateful for that. Also can you explain me how you arrived at the empirical formulae for the dimensions of the chevrons and also the nozzle. Thanks in advance
first comment :D, nice video man could you help with with this setup. I want to do a simulation of a fan but most of the tutorials i see they have initial inlet velocity i dont want to see the flow through the fan i would like to see the effect the fan blade has on the air, would i set the inlet to pressure inlet and make it atmospheric?
hello @dpsilver I am working on similar project, I am also looking for blade passing frequencies, would you like to share your experience working with it
