Is there any way to restrict movement so that the spring only deforms along the z-axis? I can note that the deformation showed by Ansys is about 6e-3 of the real deformation, and the real deformation (true scale) seems absurd Help please
The absurd deformation could be due the material properties(it isn't a structural steel but it is a spring steel), also the force location acts eccentrically, maybe a good idea is to change the model and do a flat surface around a complete revolution in both ends
