True but he said that Q tipped them off. If that's the case the police have to have something to go get his so-called man. They are going to need a witness statement or something to justify the warrant. They can't just go kicking doors in like the movies. It's not adding up.
If you are a CI (Confidential Informant) your name will not come up on paper work!! They will black your name out. Only way your name will come up on paper work if the person that got snitched take it to trial.. which hardly ever happens. Most people just take the plea and get out of them feds way
When you snitch in the Feds yours case is sealed. That’s one of the main ways to find out. Another is 5k1, Rule 35 (I believe) that will also prove you told. He also right if the person you told on plead guilty you won’t know unless you plead not guilty then they would have to use you as a witness to convict the person you told on. Make sense?

@@kayyjohnson8325 Incorrect. The feds aren't the state, a good lawyer isn't getting you bottom-tier sentencing. They have federal guidelines to crime. if you have a prior, your guidelines go up. Some don't even need a prior record, it's a minimum REGARDLESS of who's doing it. Rich lawyers don't fight to break the minimum, they fight to GET the minimum and nothing over in FED cases. If you're rich and caught red-handed, a good lawyer's going to fight to get you the minimum and NOTHING but the minimum. If you're facing a minimum of 5 years in the feds and you get the whole 5, that's a win. That's expected if you have a GOD federal lawyer. The problem with Q is that he didn't get the minimum, he caught something 10x smaller than the minimum. If u know anything about the feds, go ask somebody. Felons with guns and fent are one of the worst charges to get. He got multiple, one after the other. Didn't get anything. That's rat behavior.
A psi is pre sentence investigation where your lawyers and state do your criminal points and determine your guildlines sentencing after you have either plead guilty or found guilty. A psi would never tell you anything about a case because it is solely about the nature of the crime and the defendants criminal history
Snitching is also putting the feds onto someone by giving a phone number, house address, cars driven, like Rico in Belly, "i don't like that 💩".... LoL
The best lawyer in the world isn't getting you out of the minimum sentence for possessing a firearm as a felon. Let alone 5 modified firearms along with enough pills for thestate to say you had the intent to sell.

Bra ain’t lying. I did two years myself and all that “where’s the paperwork” shit is something snitches say. Do you know how many confidential informants information isn’t put out there? All they have to do is say they’re scared for their life and a CI identity will never be disclosed.

When you snitch federally your documents are sealed. If not sealed it’s stuff like 5k1 etc that’ll prove you snitched on someone. Federal and state is two totally different things
