hello i dont plan to spend money, do i use my gear evolvers and upgrade material on my T2 gear or are there ways to start with better gear before using your resources upgrading?

You'll definitely face harder guys in spore, but conquest and stump is supposed to be based off the servers' total CP. They dont always get it right, though.
I feel like that just recently changed. It was definitely 30% training boost before. I dont recall it saying anything about the queen upgrade. I could be wrong, though.
