The thing is, +1 CAN be a big deal, especially when you only ever deal 1 or 2, that's a ×2 or ×1.5 increase, and then also when that +1 happens to multiple things [cough cough *ball*]. Maybe if we already dealt tons of damage then yeah, +1 isn't much, but there's ALSO the fact that it's too easy to LOWER your attack. Even equipping a way to heal lowers attack. I'm not trying to call you stupid, I'm just multiplying your informedness. That is not a word, I could have said that better but I won't.
@@keegancameron4317 I suppose that's true but in that similar sense, why is Defense+ treated so lightly? Enemies at this point in the game deal like 2-4 damage max, a single defense+ can reduce enemy damage output by like 25%, and god forbid that attack be a multihit since then defense+ applies to every hit
@@sneakysileny THAT is a good point. I guess it's cause the choice between the 2 might be semi-obvious, longer battles because nothing will die, or shorter ones because things die quick. Ok I guess it's not so obvious, but difficulty is I guess more attack is better than less damage UNLESS you don't attack, but without the harder action commands, I guess everyone would go attacker because it's so easy and everything would die and the game would be easy and you don't want games to be too easy. It's a matter of perspective.

@@thecupcakehey1608 strawman take, I never heard someone complain about the game being easy. (some people do say its easy but weren't really complaining about it, btw if you even ever hear someone complaining about it there's a good chance they are a try hard that somehow has 200hrs into the game)
Just add power plus for 6 bp at this point, and make ante up 4 bp The downside is too big to be worth +1 damage (slingshot becomes literally unusable with ante up /srs)
Because Ante up is nerf it too before this ball buff too (Ante up now nerf to 50% before is 30% make you more harder to spam more when use slingshot and dynamite 🙄)
im an 11 hour knight main and when i decided to try ante up linebounce there was barely any difference, i am not that guy going around saying skill issue though, and im on 60Hz too. to be honest i think it is a valid change, conclusion: a fair balancing change. thats just my humble opinion, dont attack me pls.
I'm that guy saying skill issue and I will say everyone offected by the change have lacks of skill, I hit every attack just fine stop complaining about it not being worth it just because your skill issued ahh can't hit a sword hit.
gorilla is one of the few exceptions that has a misleading torso location being at their feet most enemies share the same torso location as humanoids with again some exceptions
I dont notice any difference in line bounce after the change, i hit every attack just fine stop complaining about everythint and get more skill at the game Only problem with ante up is slingshot on pc not being possible manually
