That's where i am confused 7:05 comparing propagating electromagnetic field is due to acceleration and deceleration of charges like we can in a macroscopic system because of conservation of momentum but here it's a microscopic system and i think antenna radiate electromagnetic field because they don't die out by an opposing electromagnetic field like in a loop of wire. It's just a thought and i am not expert at this stuff..
