This is part one of what appears to be a 3 part series. Part one show here gives an idea of how the beast was put together. Part two shows some brief moments of how I put it up and then shows the "finished" project, but sadly it has to come down for a 3RD TIME!
Its heavy, and requires two people at all times so this sucks, but It's built to last and seems to be holding up fine.
The reason it has to come down AGAIN, it that the I MAX 2000 I bought is defective. I has a intermittent short that doesn't show up when its tested sideways as the tower is leaned over for work, but when it's put back up it shorts internally and gives a SWR of 9!
Its been a real week up ups and downs...Literally and figuratively! The good news is that the Antron A99 is still up along side of the new defective antenna so tonight show is still on.
