There's a comedian on the stage with a mike & sharp tongue which only a few of them can match. They've prepared for this waited evening: dressed in their best, hair done, maybe even some skin products used, I won't even exclude a manicure visit by some of them 'fine young bucks'. This gala is the top of their game, with their rivals and collegues present. Now, a joker on the stage might pick you to the spotlight, and not just to flatter you… The stakes are high, for you to get ruined maybe even worse than on the court.

So the first part is saying that Lebron wants to go to Philly (Philadelphia 76ers), but his *hair* tells him to go to the Clippers (LA Clippers), except the Clippers in this case mean hair clippers (barbershop/hairdresser place). So he’s basically saying his *hair* wants to go to the “clippers” to get a haircut, because he needs one. It’s making fun of his hairline

His jokes are too old for them. They don't see humor in 7 foot men in skinny jeans and purses. The rest of us do. Kids don't, was the same in the 90s when somebody made fun of wearing pants at your knees. It's a stupid fad, and after a new one starts these same guys with make fun of IT! Who know, might be all men in full drag. Or maybe Halloween costumes will become normal everyday wear.
