It takes a lot of courage to open up about struggles and pain inside but it really helps so many people to understand that most of us struggle a lot and and maybe even more than a lot. But every struggle can bring us to a better understanding of how to handle it in a more godly way, giving us a closer walk with him and preparing our selves to be his bride

"Have you prayed about it? Have you read Scriptures?" Both mental & physical illnesses are not an indication of hidden sin or lack of faith. Yet these are the typical responses we can give and/or receive. We are human & just like Jesus ministers to our humanity, we need to minister to the practical struggles/hurts we all face.
