I'm surprised with this overreaction. I can understand being upset with not trading the pick, but at the same time if Morey didn't trade it, that probably means there wasn't a good trade to make. Bridges went for 1st round picks. Any contender is not drafting players that they will depend on during the playoffs. And knect being to score in college doesn't guarantee anything. We've done that before, remember Evan Turner. Older player not super athletic, not fast, main offensive guy in college, averaged almost 30 and sucked in the NBA. McCain makes sense, because the point is not to start him next Maxey. The point is to add shooting, and there's a good chance in limited minutes a rookie could come off the bench and knock down open 3s. Folks need to chill. Obviously the real players we need to build the roster are coming in free agency and future trades. The only misses the for the Sixers are Bridges and OG, but at the same time I'm absolutely fine not giving up all them picks for Bridges and giving a role player like OG $213 mil. I'm cool with Morey's moves.

I love you cuz but you know this team needs bench help, ball handling, shooting and a few controllable contracts. He doesn’t have to start or play with Maxey to be effective

This pick wasnt going to make or break this team. We need to be patient and focus on the moves we have to make thats going to impact how good we'll be.
