I fell in love with Tony Perkins at the age of eleven, My ambition was to grow up, move to Hollywood, and marry him. How I was going to make that happen didn't enter my mind.
Andrew Garfield is honestly the modern day spitting image of Perkins, even right down to the mannerisms and tone. Perkins shyness and sweetness is endearing, as is the soft spoken awkward charm he often displays.
I'm enjoying watching him on Password, it's such a zippy, funny and quick show, he's very adept at it and he REALLY REALLY wants to win, it's almost amusing his drive to do so. He's much better on that than What's My Line, in the winning stakes. Interesting man, quite intense and nervy, lots going on under the surface. He has amazing hair, it's fascinating.
Era uno de esos actores muy especiales. Siento pena cuando supe lo de su infancia. Un gran actor, encantador y caballero... incomprendido. Una dulce ternura del cine clásico. Lo aprecio en verdad.
I knowwww its cliche to say Andrew garfield could play him in a movie. I resisted the thought for years but after seeing him in tick tick boom, I can see it now.
Love most clips, love him but that first interviewer( male or female) was so arrogant and condescending that by the 4th time I watched this I skip to 1:23 but there's another of them, good God. So now I just skip the french stuff, his french is good, theirs is about as good but being insulting it's worse. No wonder no one speaks French of that Parisienne accent any more. Thanks for the upload!
Love the fact that someone can say that an interviewer is arrogant and condescending even when they don't even know what they're saying. Let's continue with the cliches, the germans are really angry people right. The first interviewer is literaly just trying to find the word Anthony is searching. And the second is just asking a question "For you, what are the principal qualities a human should have?"
Examine the current state of the world. 2 Timothy 4:1-5 states "You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. People will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!" Jesus is coming back. Are you ready?
