I was a teenager in my native Denmark when he first appeared in movies there, I had a huge crush on him. I think the first movie I saw him in was On the Beach, also saw Psycho, Phaedra, Goodbye Again, and 5 miles to midnight with Sophia Loren, he was divine in all of them. In fact as a 16 year old, I fell in love, from a distance with someone in the town where I worked, he was tall, dark and a little shy, definitely reminded my of Anthony Perkins, problem was he was very religious, and I was not, I was going to parties, Jazz Club etc. needless to say nothing, other than some flirting from distance from both sides, came of it.
i find it interesting and comforting that no one seems to refer to him as 'handsome' or 'attractive'. everyone seems to use the word beautiful. I have never seen that before. He has such a humanity, he is a thinking, living and breathing person. it's like you know him only from watching him speak. everyone else puts on at least some kind of facade, but not anthony perkins. only a person like this can be truly beautiful, but ive never seen anyone else like this. It is shown through his words, mannerisms and face. He is beautiful.
Beside his physical beauty he could also be simple, humble and so natural... I could say in a single word that he embodied what natural elegance is outside & inside. As a French man, I feel glad and proud to see that he took time to learn & speak our language with a slight accent only. Moreover, he could have embodied the spirit of French male elegance and fashion of the late 50's and early 60's.
He's absolutely adorable!! Charming, so handsome and a very very articulate man! I love Tony completely, what a talent, what an actor!! And his French is just exquisite!
My goodness!! He was absolutely adorable! Extremely handsome, well spoken, tremendously intelligent, so deeply talented! I totally love him!!! More adorable and charming impossible! That perfect mix between innocence and danger! His deep gaze and lovely smile! My heart.....😍
he was that kind of person you want be around,or simply lie with him in bed and talk or snuggling,as a woman of course I have my fantasies, but,I would be happy like nobody If I might be his friend, such warmth, playful person,I feel so much love to him
bibiana priel we can just imagine that, unfortunately😒why the hell he isn't now?I sharing the same opinion like you.he is adorable, simply adorable!!!😄why my stupid friends, that bitches, don't think that?crazy, mad women.
Yolanda Kerr yes...totally.I sometimes asking why this is not her now,in this our years...But you can imagine that, just that.damn'it.in reality no,unfortunally😑
This is so lovely and interesting. Love his voice and way of speaking. 11:01 12:18 I read he had a stutter as a child. Guess you can hear it here for a second. So he probably let a real stutter slide into the Psycho scene. Or he's just good at faking it.
And what about this other interview for a german tv channel, I can't find it anymore, can someone re-ipload it please? The one with Tony riding the bycicle on the streets :/
I never knew he spoke French. He should've learned to speak Spanish as well. If he could learn to speak French I'm sure he could learn to speak Spanish. The Spanish language was invented before the French language.
According to Wikipedia, the oldest French work is from 842. It’s called Oaths of Strasbourg. The oldest written work in Spanish dates from 1000. It’s called the Glosas Emilianenses.
@@michaelconsuegra7316 I really think since both languages came from Latin they probably came into existence more or less at the same time and it might be all debatable when exactly did both languages officially became what was the beginning of true Spanish and French. Since languages developed over a period of a few hundred years before it became its true form it's actually hard to say which came first.
What difference does it make what order they were ‘invented’ in? Should we all be learning languages chronologically? Pretty sure Greek, Hebrew, Chinese to name a few came long before these. Regardless, it’s not as if he had a plan, he just happened to grow up with French.
