Real Madrid forward Anthony Randolph makes a three pointer and then turns to the Žalgiris fans sector. He invites to give him some extra. Žalgiris responds.
@@nikolasavic140 Well i don't recall them showing poor sportsmanship actually. My point here is that Randolph is an american. Competing in an European championship... On top of that, he was flexing and trash talking everyone on every given chance. This is just a disgrace to the tournament itself. I always loved the way Slovenia was playing (props to Jaka Lakovic). Also, they were one of the rare teams that didn't have Americans in their roster. Once they decided to grab a "true Slovenian" Randolph, my respect to them went away. And this "cheat" was the only reason why Latvia didn't become European champions in 2017. That's my opinion.
@@Dabqtis Lmao the salt is still strong after 2 years. "The ONLY reason why latvia didnt become european champions" Sure dude. Randolph was not instrumental BUT was an important member (like every member of the national team). Doncic and Dragic were the ones that were INSTRUMENTAL however, since they avg more than 20 pts. Also, the team had an insanely strong chemistry and a great coach. The fact that they destroyed Spain says it all. Don't be that salty guy pls
You cannot deny Randolph's importance for this European team. Take him away and Slovenia's road would've end up at the quarterfinals (as usual). Take JR Holden away from Russia and they would not have taken EC in 2007. Not matter that they had Kirilenko, Khryapa and others. Take Bo Mccalebb away from Macedonia and they would've never been in the top 4, despite that they had Pero Antic and Ilievski. I have nothing against Doncic and Dragic, they are a joy to watch. But so was this Latvia (all Latvian) team lead by the unicorn in 2017. And I'm no Latvian or whatever. I'm just facing the fact that this European championship was decided by an American player. You either didn't watch the games or trying to stay blind if you're trying to tell me he wasn't that big of a factor. In the playoffs he was equally as important as the Slovenian duo.
Imagine taunting the fans and then your entire team collapses and cracks under pressure because of the fans. How embarrasing for the American. Perhaps he thought the fans would chant "Defense" instead of blowing out eardrums? Respect from Turkey ✊✊
Sad reality. In rare occasions of revisiting this video, i catch myself thinking "THE ARENA WAS LIKE THAT???". Then i realize that we have a new team this year and some of the players may never experience this feast :|
