Anthony Smith spoke openly about his mental health after his victory at UFC 301 in Rio stating that he's in a very good place in life but also revealed there were darker times. Discussing how fighting has helped play a huge role in his life, Smith stated there was a time in his life where he wasn't sure if he would make it to 35.
