1988, an was an incredible time of discovery. Among the Living, then a year old was my introduction to anthrax and what an introduction! Not a bad track on it (though some may argue One World is the weak one, and I disagree). A true classic and should be owned by all lovers of metal and is essential thrash listening. THEY WERE AN INSTITUTION!
I just need to say damn you Danny Spitz (now Dan) for being so freakin' awesome a guitarist! No one played quite like you, between the applied knowledge of exotic scales and rapid fire intervallic staccato lines... tough to learn and damn tough to execute! This one took me a total of 3 hours to learn and I still found a way to goof it up. XD
