Join me while I show you how to take a basic white standing mirror from Amazon and turn it into something that looks like it came from #anthropologie
I used Home Decor Chalk Paint from #plaidcrafts in the color Oatmeal and molds from IOD to create this awesome finished look!!

Dear Sarah, this is the first time I've seen one of your videos and I'm soooo impressed with your beautiful mirror project that I subscribed straight away! You're a girl after my own heart, I love all the Plaid products too and I've got the same Decor Chalk Paints as you. Oh my gosh that mirror! So gorgeous. I have a very simple square plain wooden desk that my great-grandfather made that I would love to add just a few embellishments to and paint it. I bought my first IOD moles and I can't wait to try it. Home decor chalk paint has definitely made a difference when it comes to painting objects for me because I was never very good at painting but this chalk paint makes it so easy. Thank you for showing us your mirror and sharing with us your struggles and ideas on what you would do differently it's a big help!

This is so beautiful it inspired me to have a go on a mirror that was destined for the tip. The differences I made were to tape off the glass which you said you wish you had done and also with the flowers that were being glued flat to the mirror I let them dry and painted them before attaching so less mess was made on my mirror. Thank you for the video it was lovely to watch you work. x

I just ordered Folk Art Home Décor Chalk Paint from Amazon to add color to a bunch of Garden statues that are pretty but dull and I also ordered the white wax for the first time. The way you described the wax gives me hope it will show off the details, just like yours did. Beautifully done...it would have to be a passion project cause to do all that razor scraping must of been soooo tedious. Thanks for doing the collab!
