8. Become your best friend. Be gentle with yourself. Treat yourself with kindness, compassion, and love.
9. Focus on becoming more grateful for all the things you have.
10. Learn about overcoming depression as much as possible and try safe potential treatments.
11. Talk to a psychologist about it.
12. Share about your depression to your family and give them a good amount of information about what is depression.
13. Spend more time in nature.
14. follow a basic daily routine including healthy sleep and eating schedule.
15. Eat a healthy diet which is rich in omega 3 fatty acid, avoid junk foods, eat more vegetables, avoid drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes, take supplements like probiotics, Purified fish oil, High-quality natural multivitamins, and minerals. herbs like turmeric, ginger, and garlic also can help.

Feel guilty that I wrote this... later on I was in love with my cozy family - couldn’t imagine being without them. Except this thing “ love “ .... I received gifts from the source / became happy . Found my purpose ... wanted to release / share my music with the world ... and now ....
