The way to survive scarlita's drop/ult is to make sure your Shakir is the enemy closest to their backline at that moment. You had multiple successes regardless, but that is the strategy there. As long as Shakir has 2 allies within his aura, he can eat up a huge amount of true damage without getting yeeted.
My current Arena team isn't F2P friendly at all, but man, does it work. Phraesto (best meat shield in the game imo), Scarlita (YEET!... nuff said), Talene (dps, and side healer), Eironn (bunching the enemy team together, and magic resistance debuff), and Hewynn (main healer, and damage resistance buff). This team absolutely slaps.
Even though I wanted to build Talene first I'm glad I opted for Scarlita. Talene needs a lot of support to bring out her full potential while Scar has been fantastic on any team I run her on.
Thanks for the showcase and your thoughts, appreciate it! Talene has an amazing kit but is countered waaay too hard by Scarlita, even if Ludovic is nice with her, feels like is not enough, she needs a support that can overheal and transforms the extra heals into buffs. Run Enlightening Spell with Talene, is just better because Confining Spell punish her badly.
I cooked up a F2P no Talene option for a viewer earlier today. Thoron Ludovic Damian/Carolina Eironn Arden confining spell. I don’t expect it to beat the most refined Eironm comp to date which includes Scarlita, but it can compete.
@@turtlelagzgaming There is a guy on my server that runs Thoran, Ulmus, Talene, Damian + Ludovic or Scarlita ( flex slot) . He pushed me off the top 5 on my server ( i run Eiron team with Ulmus, Damian and Arden with Hewin or Calorina as flex slot) - I want my REVENGE :)
Whoa, I was wondering how a team like that would work. Although I am not sure what value Ulmus would trigger his vines without Eironn. Thanks for sharing!
@@turtlelagzgaming it is not about cc, it is about the hard choice for the opponent. If you bring burst, ulmus and thoran buy enough time for talene to ult 1-2 times and eventually she will outdamage ur heals. If you bring 2 healers, it is not enough damage to kill thoran with 4 resurrects and ulmus supported by 2 healers.
Couple of thoughts, have you tried using Smokey instead of Ludavic? That way you maintain the faction bonus and as we all know, Smokey is a better healer. Also, have you tried this without Scarlita either on offense or in the defensive formation? I ask that because Most people who are F2P/low spenders probably have Reinier and Talene in this scenario. He will maintain the Faction bonus regardless of whether he is using Smokey or Ludovic. Also, Smokey is a better healer only outside of PVP, so using him is a bad idea in this comp, as he will get CCd therefore unable to heal.
Thanks for the team suggestion! I will give Smokey a try! Like a viewer mentioned, Smokey is more vulnerable to cc, which Eironn teams excel at. Personally, I wanted to showcase Ludovic & Talene's synergy and as well as Shakir & Talene's synergy, while showing this team's potential to counter Eironn teams.
@@turtlelagzgaming No problem. Couple other tips: 1. See if you can get a external monitor so your eyes are looking at the camera 2. Adding chapters throughout the video to break up the length. Your knowledge is far above most other content creators. Just work on the presentation.
