Looks kind of thin to protect against serious hail plus there doesn't appear to be padding on the sides ... in hail storms, the hail doesn't just fall straight down.

Yeah i have this cover. Doesn’t cover the whole car the protection side is not strong at all. Only useful in small hail storms.

I used for my car and I can tell that after it freezes in winter it’s cracking from all sides not worth at all.

Last year, my town had hailstorms (handball-sized, I guess) and wind that bashed vinyl siding off the sides of houses, as well as smashed side windows on cars. This cover can't help with that, I bet.

I agree I’m wondering why couldn’t they have extended the darker grey part to cover the sides of the car.. it’s like having on a T shirt with the front cut out.. 😮
