Which guys. So many African countries HAVE ALREADY SIGNED IT INTO LAW. Ghana's own is not yet a law until their president signs it. Ghanaians should please endeavour to know much about what happens outside of Ghana before exhibiting ignorance. Nigeria signed it's own bill INTO LAW IN 2012 UNDER THE GOODLUCK JONATHAN PRESIDENCY.
