What I don't understand, is why the two men were not arrested. They went to a legal gathering of people, and brandished weapons. Law enforcement knew they had weapons. They responded to a call of weapons being pointed at people. Why didn't they perform there actual jobs and make an arrest?

There has been a Transgender Colonel Sanders Impersonator around the Arena, the impersonator looks a lot like Colonel Sanders probably one of his own real relatives.. The Flag looks great on Him.
